The Alderney Landing Cultural Convention Centre is located on the Dartmouth Waterfront, at the bottom of Ochterloney Street, next to the Dartmouth Ferry Terminal and the Alderney Gate Public Library.

The Alderney Landing Theatre is on the 2nd level of the building, above the market.
