CHILDREN AGES 6 – 10 CAMP SCHEDULE

July 2nd to 6th - FROG DAYS OF SUMMER (Art Camp)
Join us for a week of exploring Pond Life. We will start the week off with a trip to Shubie Park to get inspiration for the everything Pond, with Tad pole, Frog, Lily Pad, Duck, and Goose themed art projects.

July 9th to 13th – TRANSFORMERS (Art Camp)
Join us for a week of Transforming. Daily art projects that start as one thing and transforms into another.

July 16th to 20th – PETER PAN (Theatre Camp)
The story of Peter Pan reworked. The classic play Peter Pan told in a new way by the Tween Script Writing Workshop participants, then performed by the campers for family and friends on Friday afternoon in the Alderney Landing Theatre.

July 23rd to 27th – THE WIZARD OF OZ (Theatre Camp)
We’re off to see the Wizard!! The students will be preforming an original play written specifically for them by our Tween Script Writing Workshop participants and wearing special costumes designed by our Tween Costume Design Workshop participants. OZ 2.0 will be performed for family and friends Friday afternoon in the Alderney Landing Theatre.

TWEEN SERIES AGES 11 – 15 SCHEDULE

July 2nd to 6th – IMPROV
New in our Tween Workshop Series. Join David Zinck, Improv Instructor at Dartmouth High School, for this week of mind blowing Improvisation. Students’ minds will be blown away by the improvisational talent that emerge from them on our stage with a showcase on Friday afternoon in the Alderney Landing Theatre.

July 9th to 13th – SCRIPTWRITING
Back by popular demand, our Tween Scriptwriting Workshop continues again as we take the classic The Wizard of Oz and rework it and make it virtually unrecognizable for the Children’s Camp kids to perform on stage Friday, July 27th in the Alderney Landing Theatre.

July 16th to 20th – COSTUME DESIGN
In this last Tween Series Workshop, students will study modern costume design for stage and create the costume ideas then bring them to life for the Children’s Camp performance of Oz 2.0.
